Initially created in 1971 for the private apartments of President Georges Pompidou at the Palais de l'Élysée, the Pumpkin armchair was updated by Pierre Paulin in 2008 in order to make it more accessible in terms of both comfort and price. Its shape is reminiscent of a giant pumpkin, offering a lush and enveloping seat. A truly timeless icon of design.
