Toronto designers Yabu & Pushelberg pay homage to the sponge with the Pukka collection. Initially conceived by Gaetano Pesce in 1969, the duo take up the theme by adding a feminine design with soft and organic forms made possible by ultra-flexible foams and highly stretchy fabrics.
